The client is required to read and agree to the Terms of Service listed below and will sign a TOS agreement. Upon paying for the artist’s services and signing the form, the client agrees to the Terms of Service.If I don't have a signed form - I will not accept your commission.

⌜Payment⌟

▸ Full/Partial (upon discussion) is required upfront in USD. The commission will not start until after the payment has been confirmed. PayPal invoice will be provided by the artist.
▸ If the client wishes to have the commissions private entirely – there will be a $15.00 fee.
▸ Deadlines must be agreed upon before the start of the commission (birthdays, gifts, holiday events, etc).
▸ Invoice will remain for 7 days.
▸ No payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your commission and losing your place in the queue.

⌜Refunds⌟

▸ Commissions are refundable if artwork hasn't been started.▸ Commissions are partially-refundable if artwork past the sketch phase has been started.▸ The client will not request any PayPal charge backs.

⌜Pricing⌟

▸ All prices are calculated to include the costs of PayPal sales fees.
▸ All prices are FINAL. The prices are set to ensure the artist is paid adequately for time/effort.
▸All prices are calculated to Prices are subject to chance depending on the details/complexity of the commission.

⌜Communication⌟

▸Please respect artist/client time zones and response rates.

⌜Project Timeframe⌟

▸ Illustrations at most can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on the artist's personal availability.
▸ I work a full-time job aside from streaming games/art).
▸ Further delays will be communicated to the client for a resolution if needed.

⌜Orders⌟

▸ The artist has the right to decline any commissions.
▸ For OC (original characters) - relevant references like poses and style are highly encouraged.
▸ DO NOT request artwork to replicate another artist’s style. The order is based on my personal aesthetic and design.

⌜Rights⌟

▸ All commissions are for Personal Use unless Commercial Rights have been agreed upon.
▸ Artist retains full rights to the artwork – including posting the finished artwork on social media platforms.
▸ The client may use the commission image for wallpaper, icons, signatures, and non-profit advertising.
▸ The client may use the commission image/assets for VTubing/PNGTubing as long as there is credit.
▸ The client may ask for updates for any potential revamp assest updates such as Model 2.0, Model 3.0 etc.
▸ The client MAY NOT sell prints, claim credit, or use the commission for advertising (fliers, posters, etc), or make a profit unless Commercial Rights have been agreed upon.
▸ The client and artist may discuss Commercial Rights if client wants to retain ownership to use image/assets for advertising for profit.
▸ Do not trace, copy, or resell commissioned artwork.
▸Please credit and link to the artist’s twitter.
